Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026. This policy describes how Nadia Khaled ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use nadia-khaled.com (the "Site").

What we collect

  • Email and first name — provided when you take the quiz or make a purchase.
  • Quiz answers — your responses to determine your personalized result.
  • Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • Basic analytics— quiz progression (which step you are on, answer choices, time per question), and conversion events (result viewed, checkout started). We use PostHog for product and web analytics. It sets a first-party cookie and uses your browser's local storage to recognize your browser across visits, so we can measure unique visitors, sessions, and returning visitors. Your email and name are never sent to PostHog.
  • Device type and referrer — used to understand how visitors find the Site.

How we use your information

  • To deliver your purchased product (Vision Book PDF).
  • To send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, download links) via Brevo.
  • To add you to our email list if you opt in during the quiz. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To improve the Site and understand our funnel.
  • To monitor errors and fix bugs (via Sentry). When an error occurs, an anonymized session replay (with all text and inputs masked) may be captured to help diagnose the issue.

PDF watermarking

Purchased PDFs are personalized with your email address as a watermark. This helps us protect the product from unauthorized redistribution.

Cookies and tracking

We use a first-party analytics cookie (PostHog) to measure traffic and understand our funnel. If you are in the EU, UK, or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before setting this cookie, and you can decline it without affecting your experience. We also use your browser's local storage to save quiz progress (including your name and email) so you can resume if you leave and come back. This data is cleared automatically after 24 hours of inactivity. Stripe may set its own cookies during checkout, which are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

  • Brevo — transactional and marketing email, and contact data storage (including quiz responses for personalization).
  • Supabase — database hosting.
  • Vercel — hosting and content delivery.
  • PostHog — product and web analytics (uses a first-party cookie).
  • Sentry — error monitoring and anonymized session replay on errors.

Legal basis for processing

  • Contractual necessity — purchase fulfillment, download delivery, and customer support.
  • Consent — marketing emails (opt-in during quiz).
  • Legitimate interest — analytics, error monitoring, and fraud prevention.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request data portability, restrict processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Data retention

We retain your quiz data and purchase records indefinitely to support download recovery and customer service. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email below.
